Pedestal

We design the core component – the 3-axis pedestal-as a modular structure. Our pedestal completely eliminates the keyhole effect found in 2-axis pedestals, ensuring continuous and stable satellite communication. The system operates on three axis (Elevation, Azimuth, and Tilt) and incorporates motors, encoders, gears, limit switches for precise control, and counterweights to maintain balance with the reflector and feed assembly. Each axis includes a maintenance window, allowing for efficient servicing and management.
