GTL has been selected for Scale-Up TIPS,
a follow-up advancement program for companies that have completed the TIPS program and secured subsequent investment.

Through this project,
GTL plans to develop a planar gateway antenna system utilizing metamaterials
over a 36-month period (September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2027).
(*Metamaterials are engineered materials designed to have properties not found in nature,
used in developing technologies like invisibility cloaks and stealth aircraft.)
GTL's roadmap for this project is as follows:
- The second half of the year 2026: Development and demonstration of a prototype gateway antenna using metasurface technology.
- The second half of the year 2027: Completion of the next-generation planar gateway antenna system and official market launch.
Through this initiative,
GTL intends to strengthen its position as a specialized provider
of next-generation satellite communication infrastructure technology.
